We are pleased to announce that on October 7 this year, there was a scientific conference organized by the Department of Commercial Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk and co-organized by the International Restructuring Research Association, whose board member is TGA’s partner, advocate Bartosz Groele. The subject of the conference was the Report on the research on the implementation of the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1023 of the European Parliament and of the Council in the context of implementing the interests of banks.
