On 18-19 September 2020 in Zagreb an International Conference on Applicable Law in Cross-Border Insolvency Proceedings will take place. The conference was re-scheduled from March 2020. The TPG Law Firm’s Partner, advocate Bartosz Groele, was invited to speak at the event. Owing to the dynamic changes of the Covid-19 pandemic, Counsel Groele will participate in the conference online. His presentation will contain the presentation of a scientific article which will be later published. The article is entitled: “The effects of foreign insolvency proceedings in the state of recognition”.
